Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
LPP Logistics, a logistics company, has started recruiting for the expanded Distribution Centre in Brześć Kujawski, where it will employ 100 people. The recruitment is in connection with the expansion of the Distribution Centre in the Brzeska Economic Zone. Some of the new employees will be employed at the beginning of December 2024, and another group by February 2025. In the first phase of recruitment, scheduled until December 2024, people are being sought to work in the new part of the facility for positions related to maintenance and operational management. LPP Logistics is a logistics operator that manages the LPP Group's procurement and distribution network of distribution centres and Fulfillment Centres. It serves LPP, a clothing manufacturer.
