Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Sopra Steria, a multinational leader in digital services, has plans to hire 100 new employees per year in France as part of its continued investment to support economic growth. The company is increasing its investment in France, including the construction of a new campus in Mérignac, scheduled to open in 2026. This campus, with a planned investment of 3 million euros, aims to enhance workforce productivity by improving operational efficiency.
Sopra Steria employs around 50,000 people across 30 countries, with approximately 22,000 employees in France working at 40 different sites, excluding those in Paris.
