European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Pack Solutions, a French company managing savings and retirement portfolios for insurance companies, is hiring 50 new employees in 2024. Three-quarters of these new hires will join the management team, with the remainder in the IT department. This expansion comes in response to surpassing their sales target of 23 million euros a year ahead of schedule, creating a need for additional office space at their headquarters. The company is also exploring future investments in artificial intelligence.
Currently, Pack Solutions employs 420 people, primarily insurance managers, up from 310 employees just two years ago. The company also owns two subsidiaries, located in Luxembourg and Quebec.
