European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
MA Polska, an automotive supplier of car body parts, plans to lay off 260 employees from its facilities in Kielce and Tychy. The reduction in employment is caused by the significant reduction in the company's production programmes and was cited as the main reason. The layoffs, which are scheduled to end by the end of 2024, will mainly affect production roles like welders, sheet metal workers, and operators.
