The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
French provider of smart spending solutions Spendesk has announced that it will cut about 150 positions worldwide.
The restructuring programme will affect the company’s sites in France, Spain, Germany and the UK. There is no detailed information on how the cuts will be distributed between the countries.The decision is part of broader strategy to streamline operations and focus on the most profitable activities.
Founded in 2016, Spendesk provides a comprehensive spend management solutions for businesses. In 2022, the company reached unicorn status with a valuation of over $1 billion. Spendesk has 5 offices located in France, Germany, Spain and the UK, and employs about 600 people worldwide
