Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Affinicia, a Call center company specialising in multi-product telephone sales, announced that it will open its first French call-center in Rouen, starting from february 2023.
The unit will employ about 100 employees, which will be added to the approximately 1,000 remote staff who work for the group from the Maghreb and some Francophone African countries.
The group claims 20 million euros in turnover and believes it is possible to pass the 50 million mark within three years. Moreover, it prides itself on having intensively used data analysis to grow, since its foundation in 2017.
