Description

UK-based fashion chain Ted Baker has announced that it will cut 591 jobs worldwide.

The company is to close all of its 31 remaining stores across the UK and Republic of Ireland. The layoffs will affect 513 jobs in the UK and 78 in Ireland. Additionally, Ted Baker’s website has been deactivated.

In March 2024, No Ordinary Designer Label, the company behind Ted Baker's UK stores, filed for bankruptcy. In April 2024, the company closed 15 stores and cut 245 jobs.
