European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Bombay Group has opened a new club called Bombay Club in the Tallinn Old Town, which, by the end of the year 2024, will include a casino, a boutique hotel, bars and restaurants. The project includes the creation of 300 new jobs.
Overall, the company has invested over 50 million euro in this project. The current number of employees is unknown, as their business activities have been divided between many smaller companies that are all acting under the name of the Bombay Group.
Bombay Group has grown out of a bigger company called Yolo Group, which has over 20 years of experience in the casino and entertainment business.
