Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
InPost, a logistics and courier company, has opened a new logistics centre in Jelenia Góra, which will employ 200 people.
The new centre was opened in response to the increased demand for quality services. The centre opened at the end of July 2024 and will initially employ 150 people, with an additional 50 employees by the end of the year. Package sorting and logistics staff will be employed.
