European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Benteler Slovakia, a global player in the automotive industry, opened its second plant in Slovakia. The plant is located in Bratislava - Devínska Nová Ves, where the majority of Slovak Automotive industry is located. The company is a key just-in-time supplier for Volkswagen Slovakia and produces car modules. The company intends to hire minimum of 70 employees, to be added to the existing workforce of 380 in their Malacky plant. The company incentivizes its potential employees by offering a reimbursement bonus for commuting workforce, therefore it aims to hire people from wider Bratislava region.
