AFL, an optical fibre network infrastructure company, will create a total of 280 jobs at its new production centre in Gliwice.
The new production plant aims to serve the EMEA region, driven by increased demand for advanced production capabilities. The new production centre opened on 11 June and is expected to be fully operational by the end of the year; the plant currently employs 125 people, and by the end of 2024, employment will reach 280 workers.
