Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Free, a subsidiary of the Iliad group has announced the recruitment of 200 employees in France. The company is actively recruiting in new technologies, with more than 80 positions available for developers, data analysts, R&D engineers and network experts, among others. At the same time, it is offering 110 positions in telecommunications and networks, such as mobile network cable fitters, telecoms technicians, fixed network site supervisors and mobile space researchers. Finally, Free Pro, the company's business-to-business brunch, is also recruiting IT specialists to provide telecoms solutions and IT services tailored to the needs of businesses.
For this aim, it launches a dedicated recruitment platform called "ĂȘtre-free" to present Free's corporate culture and the career opportunities available in various sectors, including information technology (IT) and telecommunications.
