Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Tabemax, a wiring and energy storage company, opened a new plant and warehouse in Białe Błota, creating at least 100 new jobs.
The new plant, which opened on June 28, 2024, will increase the production of energy storage and various cable assemblies. Production will take place simultaneously at two plants - the old (employing 400 workers) and the new one. Production workers will be employed.
Tabemax, which partners with the German firm ml&s, was founded in 1991. The company specialises in manufacturing and assembling components and finished products for various sectors, including electronics, telecommunications, automotive, medical, and machinery.
