Description
SolarProfit, a Spanish company based in Mataró (Barcelona, Catalonia) and dedicated to the installation of photovoltaic installations in homes and companies for self-supply electricity purposes, has closed the employment regulation file (ERE) announced in April 2024. This ERE has led to the dismissal of 361 workers, amounting to 90% of its total workforce.
In 2023, the company lost 36.7 million euros and reduced its income by more than 28 million euros , mainly due to the fall in the demand of these photovoltaic installations experienced in Spain.
