European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
SFC-Solutions, an automotive gasket manufacturing company, has announced group redundancies of 179 workers at its Piotrków Trybunalski plant.The redundancies are caused by the planned closure of the Piotrków Trybunalski plant.
The restructuring will be conducted from the 24th of June until the 30th of September, and will affect production, quality control, maintenance, engineering, warehouse and logistics, finance, HR, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection departments. Laid-off workers will receive severance packages. Some of the processes will be transferred to the SFC plant in Częstochowa.
