Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Raiffeisen Tech, the new technology and software development centre for the financial-banking industry, part of the Austrian Group Raiffeisen Bank, plans to create 100 jobs in 2024 and other 100 jobs by December 2025. The new company will provide IT services for Raiffeisen Bank Romania, but also for the rest of the Raiffeisen Bank International Group entities.
Raiffeisen Tech promotes a flexible way of working, it has an office in Bucharest, so employees in the capital will be able to opt for hybrid working, but there is the possibility to work 100% remotely, in any city in Romania.
The company is looking for specialists in different roles in the development area: Phyton Developer, Full Stack Developer but also DevOps Engineer, Business Analyst.
