Josera Petfood sp. z o.o., the pet food manufacturer, will create 100 new jobs in its new factory in Nowy Tomyśl.
Construction of the new plant started in January 2023 and the plant is expected to be fully operational by 2025. The new jobs will include various roles in producing dry dog and cat food. The company has started the recruitment process, with some new hires already receiving onboarding and training.
Josera Petfood sp. z o.o. is part of ERBACHER, the food family group, which operates six production facilities in Europe, including two in Poland.
