Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On 05 June 2024, E.ON Digital Dialog officially opened a new office in Zagreb and announced the planned creation of 200 new jobs.
The mission of this highly digitalised contact centre is to provide high-level customer support to E.ON Energie Deutschland customers across Germany. The company has recognised Croatia as a market for further business expansion and investments that will ensure digitally advanced customer support for German users. This further emphasises E.ON's growth strategy, which E.ON Hrvatska has successfully implemented over the past few years, positioning E.ON in the Croatian market as a driving force in the energy transition.
The newly-established Croatian company E.ON Digital Dialog, a subsidiary of German E.ON Energie Dialog, part of German utility E.ON Group, is one of the strongest operators of European energy networks and energy-related infrastructures and a provider of advanced customer solutions.
