Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Nobo Automotive Systems Czech Republic, the first branch of the Chinese company in Europe, is to create 500 jobs over the next three years.
The new manufacturing plant located at the GARBE Park, Boršov nad Vltavou near the city of České Budějovice, is scheduled to start production in December 2024. Initially, it intends to create about 30 jobs. At the turn of 2026 and 2027, over 500 employees should work there.
The new branch is set to produce seat sets for premium BMW cars, including selected key automotive components. The production hall will have an area of 26,550 square meters, office facilities of almost 3,000 square meters.
