Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
In 2024, Dedagroup announced its intention to onboard approximately 400 employees which will operate across its 39 offices in Italy. The company is looking for software developers, AI specialists, business analysts, sales representatives, system engineers, project managers, and cybersecurity experts. The recruitment targets a diverse pool, spanning from professionals to recent graduates.
Dedagroup, serving as a nucleus for Italy's Software as a Service (SaaS) sector, aims to fortify its Finance & Data Hub with these new additions. Their expertise will be instrumental in delivering cohesive solutions to banking, insurance, and corporate sectors. Furthermore, they will play a crucial role in advancing PNRR objectives and tackling pressing issues in healthcare, energy, cybersecurity, and sustainable business practices.
