The Irish fashion brand Primark is opening a new store in the centre of Madrid (Spain), creating 200 new jobs after an investment of 15 million Euros.
The new shop will be Primark's 63rd shop in Spain and the 11th in the Madrid region, as well as Primark's second flagship store in Madrid and the fifth in the country (Madrid Gran Vía, Plaza de Cataluña in Barcelona, Bilbao Gran Vía and Valencia Ruzafa). The shop will consist of more than 3,600 square metres of retail space distributed over five floors.
In Spain, Primark did announce previous business expansion plans in 2022 Primark- 2022-ES and recently in 2024.
