European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The global logistics company DHL has begun construction of a new logistics centre that will create 190 jobs.
The Slovenian subsidiary DHL Express Slovenija has started the construction of a new logistics centre near Brnik Airport. The airport operator, Fraport Slovenija, has leased the land. DHL Express Slovenija will invest €21 million in the construction of the 8,400 gross square metre facility, which will be able to process around 3,500 parcels per hour. Construction is expected to be completed next year.
The centre will require 190 new jobs and a fleet of 40 delivery vehicles.
