Bouygues Immobilier, third major property developer in France, will cut 225 jobs as part of a redundancy plan. This job-saving plan 'will be the subject of negotiations in the coming weeks with the social partners', the company stresses, assuring them that priority will be given to 'voluntary departures and internal redeployment'.
In 2023, Bouygues Immobilier made a net loss of €7 million (compared with a profit of €18 million in 2022), on revenues of €1.7 billion, down 14.5% on the previous year.
The company had 1,054 employees in 2024.
