Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Satys, an aerospace subcontractor specialised in surface treatment based in Toulouse, is reorganising and plans to recruit between 200 and 300 people until end 2025 and about one-third of them in 2024.
The company, which has 2,400 employees worldwide and 1,300 in France. In 2025, Satys plans to open a paint shop in Châteauroux dedicated to long-haul aircraft. The group also wants to continue diversifying its portfolio geographically by strengthening its positions in the United States.
