Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Dassault Aviation has announced the recruitment of 1,000 employees in 2024. In this new recruitment process, the company has set itself the target of hiring more women (at least 25% of the new employees). The group, which produces the Rafale fighter jet, have expansion plans as orders for the Rafale have increased.
Of the 1,000 jobs planned, half will be in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Almost half of the new vacancies will be in the production sector (fitters, aircraft technicians, preparators, inspectors), a quarter the new employees will be directed to research (design engineers, calculations, software development, maintenance) and 35% will be placed in the support sector.
