Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Agro-Rydzyna, a meat processing company, is creating a new plant in Jastrowie, where it will employ 350 people by the end of the year. Agro-Rydzyna is currently wholly owned by the Dino Polska Group and plays a strategic role as the main supplier of meat and processed meat products for the shops belonging to the Dino retail chain. The location in Jastrowie will provide access to important transport routes, and the municipality has an extensive investment area ready for development. The plant is due to open this year. Production workers will be employed. Agro-Rydzyna Sp. z o.o. was established in 1992 and belongs to the Dino Polska Group. The company specialises in the production of fresh meat, cured meats and processed meat products.
