Description
Danske Bank is the largest bank in Denmark and has branches in Norway, Sweden and Finland as well as offices in other countries. The bank has announced the dismissal of 123 employees as part of their Forward ’28-strategy. The strategy entails more focus on the digital services and cutting costs in other areas at the same time. The announcement comes only a week after the company presented a big surplus in 2023. The management states that there might be job openings elsewhere in the company which some of the dismissed employees will be offered. The rest will be assisted in seeking new jobs elsewhere.
