Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
TEC, the public transport provider (non-rail) of the Walloon region has announced it is looking for 800 employees in 2024. The company is looking for a wide variety of profiles, ranging from technical personnel, to bus drivers and data analysts. The hiring effort is intended to replace both employees that are leaving the company as well as reinforce its services. The company organises its own in-house trainings for employees, so candidates don't need the appropriate licence to apply for the job as a bus driver.
