European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
BPER Banca, company of the 3rd largest group in Italy in terms of global funding and number of branches, announced a new organisational programme for 2024, called BCustomer. This new programme envisages voluntary departures for a maximum of 1,000 eligible workers and the hiring of 500 new employees together with the stabilisation of 200 temporary workers.
As for the 1,000 workers who will be able to leave voluntarily, for them there will be guarantees from the redundancy fund or directly a pension, if all requirements are met, favoured through the Solidarity Fund.
The new organisational model will start on 8 January and will provide for new job classifications and career paths.
