Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish company LPP Logistics specialized at creating and supporting the logistics processes of the five clothing brands of the LPP Group (Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Sinsay) announced that it has opened its first external distribution center in Romania. The new unit will employ almost 300 people in various specializations.
The construction which was carried out for the Polish logistics operator by the developer CTP Romania, took less than a year and is now part of CTPark Bucharest West, the largest industrial park in Central and Eastern Europe.
The new distribution center is dedicated to supplying a group of southern markets - Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia and Greece and Northern Macedonia.
