Description
Holaluz, a Spanish company dedicated to the commercialisation of electricity and the installation of photovoltaic panels for self-consumption, has presented an Employment Redundancy Plan (ERE), leading to the loss of 200 jobs.
According to the company, the job cuts will focus mainly on the teams of installers, sales and support roles for solar operations.
The ERE will affect 200 workers or 27% of the company's workforce. The background of the internal restructuring is the slowdown in the residential solar business, which has generated losses of 20.9 million Euros in the first half of 2023.
