Description
The Lunch Bag, a company that makes and delivers school lunches, is to create 690 new jobs in Ireland by May 2024.
Of these, 240 full-time jobs will be based in Nenagh, Tipperary, where the company is headquartered. These roles will include general operations, HR, admin, warehouse, logistics staff and van drivers. A further 450 new part-time staff will be based across the country and will operate the service locally in schools.
The company currently employs 200 people and the major expansion is as a result of a recent government announcement that it is to grow its school hot meals programme in the coming years.
