Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The French subsidiary of the German transport and logistics group Dachser is continuing to expand and is looking to recruit 500 permanent and 100 fixed-term employees in 2023 and 2024, particularly in the Ile-de-France, Pays de la Loire and Auvergne, Rhône-Alpes regions.
Positions to be filled include operating agents, dock agents, shippers, stock managers, employees involved in the preparation of orders, customer relations managers, sales representatives, management controllers, IT development engineers, and others. The company has 3,200 employees.
Three recruitment announcements were already recorded in the ERM Database: 250 job creations in 2021 Dachser-2021-FR; 200 job creations in 2020 Dachser-2020-FR and 100 job creation in 2013 Dachser-2013-FR.
