Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Croatian manufacturer of aircraft interior parts Enikon Aerospace plans to create new 100 jobs at its plant in the City of Vukovar, Eastern Croatia.
The number of the company's employees at the Vukovar plant, which currently employs 57 people, is set to reach 150 by the middle of 2025, as the business expansion is being implemented.
According to Enikon Aerospace, new opportunities are being created in terms of acquiring and improving knowledge and skills in this technologically advanced industry, which the company wants to further drive forward. The company underlines that it was welcomed in Vukovar from the beginning, and that the local government showed understanding and support for entrepreneurship and development.
