European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Teleperformance LT, the Vilnius-based company operated by the French customer experience management services company Teleperformance, has announced the decision to terminate about 80 job positions. In July 2023 the company had planned to lay off 30 employees due to a reduction in volumes of client projects.
Established in 2015, Teleperformance LT, situated in Vilnius, currently employs 617 individuals. It specializes in offering a range of core customer services, technical support, visa application management, data analytics and debt collection services, as well as online translation solutions to clients worldwide.
