Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Dutch engineering and manufacturing company Royal Nedschroef Holding has opened its new automotive parts plant in Stara Zagora, creating 300 new jobs. The investment is worth more than 50 million BGN (25 million Euro). In the new factory, high-tech components for the automotive industry will be produced. The facility is located on an area of 30,000 square meters in the industrial zone of Stara Zagora. The plant ranks among the largest in the automotive sector in the region.
Royal Nedschroef Holding, which has its main quarters in the Netherlands, employs 2300 people in 11 countries worldwide.
