Panattoni, one of the world's largest private property development companies and a leader in the European logistics and industrial property market, has announced the opening in November of a giant 62,200 m2 warehouse in Saint-Léger-près-Troyes (Aube), which will create 200 jobs. Construction began last summer and the facility will be operational in August 2023. The company is looking for a storage, distribution or logistics company to lease or buy its warehouse. The company is currently in exploratory discussions with several companies that are part of both the local ecosystem and national players. This warehouse is to be followed by the construction of a second 50,000 m2 warehouse, located directly opposite the first and also expected to generate 200 jobs.
