The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Founded in 2015, Dougs, a tech company, has just completed its first round of funding, raising €25 million to finance its growth and the recruitment of 250 employees by 2025. The profiles sounght are HR managers, lawyers and accountants.

The funds raised will enable the company to invest in R&D, double its workforce and expand internationally, particularly in Germany and UK, within the next 2 years.
Dougs has more than 14,000 B2B customers across France and employs 250 people.
