Description

SoftServe, a Ukrainian technology company specialized in consultancy services and software development, announced plans to create 125 new positions by the end of 2023. The company intends to have more than 200 employees in the Bucharest office by the end of 2023. Its local growth strategy also evisions 500 employees in 3 years' time and 1,000 employees in 5 years.

SoftServe faced a challenge to increase employment in the Bucharest office due to labour shortages.

SoftServe was established in Ukraine as a private company and has had offices all over the world. The company also has offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv and in Crimea until the Russian invasion in 2014. Plans to expand into Romania began in 2021, before the start of the war. However, following the Rusian agresssion, the company relocated employees who were affected by the war. The war did not change its growth plans - it just accelerated them.

Currently, the Bucharest center has 75 employees.
