European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Hilton, a worldwide hotel group, has announced plans for 10 new hotel openings in Italy, accompanied by the recruitment of 200 employees to support the expansion. The developments were discussed during a recent event held at Rome Cavalieri.
Hilton currently operates 31 properties in Italy, employing around 2,900 individuals. The planned openings are part of Hilton's global expansion strategy, which includes a total of 26 new properties in Europe. The company's growth in Italy is in line with its long-term sustainability, digitalization, and personnel development strategies.
As a global hotel chain, Hilton manages properties across various countries and has a strong presence in the hospitality industry.
