The construction of the logistics centre of Hermes Fulfilment, a German provider of warehousing services and return logistics, is underway in Konin Żagański and will employ 600 people by the end of 2023. The establishment of the logistics centre is related to the company's growth (the investment started in December 2021), the first group of employees has already been hired (240 people), but 360 additional people are to be employed by the end of 2023, the company's approach to employment is flexible, so job offers are not profiled for specific positions.
Hermes Fulfilment is a subsidiary of German giant Otto GmbH & Co KG (formerly Otto Versand), and is the world's largest mail order company, operating in more than 20 national markets.
