Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
H&MV Engineering are to create 350 jobs over the next five years at its new global headquarters in Castletroy, Co Limerick. The new jobs in Ireland are part of a wider expansion with the firm creating 700 jobs in total worldwide.
The company specialises in high voltage electrical engineering.
Recruitment for the new positions in Limerick is under way.
The announcement follows the recent expansion of the company’s Dublin office, a new Thurles office in 2022, and the upcoming expansion to its Cork office.
