Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The French subsidiary of the Italian group Dedalus, has announced the recruitment of 150 employees in 2023. The company is specialised in the publishing and integration of digital solutions for the health sector.
Dedalus has moved from its headquarters in the Paris region to a renovated 3,000 m² building in Artigues-près-Bordeaux (Gironde). The company is bringing together its Gironde-based teams, assembled from the acquisition of Agfa HealthCare IT in 2020 in Artigues, and the purchase of WEB100T in Mérignac (Gironde) in 2019. In addition to the current staff of about 100 employees at the Les Artigues-de-Lussac site, Dedalus plans to add 150 positions in 2023, particularly focusing on research and development.
