Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
SEB Pank, a Nordic financial services group, has started a campaign to recruit 500 employees in the Baltics region. Around 100 of them will be hired for new product development and IT positions. As demand for digital solutions, including remote consulting services is increasing, SEB wants to recruit software developers, business developers, testers, UX designers and product managers among others. The recruitment is planned to take place in 2023.
SEB employs more than 1,400 people in the Baltic countries in the field of product development and technology, among whom 600 are employees in Baltic banks and 800 employees in SEB's support service centers in Latvia and Lithuania.
