Description

As announced on 22 February 2023, the German public broadcaster Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB) will be cutting 100 jobs by the end of 2024 due to internal restructuring. Interim director Vernau announced that RBB had to save €50 million in costs in order to assure the broadcast’s solvency after 2024. As a result, a job reduction is inevitable.
