European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Enel, Enel's electricity distribution company has made an agreement with the trade unions to facilitate 2400 early reirements and 1400 people new hirings.
The agreement has been signed with the main trade unions representations in the company: Filctem Cgil, Flaei Cisl, Uiltec Uil. This agreement follows a previous one from 11 December of 2020. Retirements will take place up to a maximum of 4 years in advance of reaching the pension requirement.
