The mutual insurance company MACIF plans to recruit nearly 1,500 people in 2023 on permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts and internships, including 300 people on work-study contracts and traineeships, throughout the country. The main profiles sought are for customer relations jobs, which are at the heart of MACIF's business, but also for all its other activities: actuarial, communication, legal, marketing, HR, etc. The management's strategy is to be 'an employer of reference and preference' and it is pleased to have obtained the 'Top Employer 2023' certification for the second year running.
