Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Alstom Transport, the subsidiary of the Alstom group, specialising in the transport, mainly rail, and turbine sectors, has announced the recruitment of 150 employees in its site of Villeurbanne in 2023. The Villeurbanne site is Alstom's global centre of expertise in electronics and digital technology. In the context of the green transition, Alstom must meet a growing international demand for more modern and sustainable mobility solutions. The Group is therefore looking for young talent to contribute to the challenges of sustainable and intelligent mobility. Alstom is recruiting for engineering professions (electronics, embedded systems, software, cybersecurity, industrialisation, etc.).
