Description
As announced on 25 January 2023, German call centre company Flyline, a subsidiary of British Airways, will be shutting down operations in Bremen in late summer 2023 which will result in the loss of 270 employees. Former managing director Michael Spring is cautiously optimistic that all employees will be placed with other companies as soon as possible. The move comes after an announcement by British Airways to outsource all of its service operations to an external service provider in Romania.
