HomeFriend, a subsidiary of the Veolia group, has announced plans to recruit 100 new employees from the beginning of 2023 for its call centre activity. The company has developed a service and advice application for the efficient management of energy consumption. The start-up utilises comparativem energy consumption data from customers to suggest ways to save energy. Customers who contact Veolia have the option to be redirected to Homefriend's call centre to benefit from these services. The recruitment project concerns about a hundred commercial teleconsultants on permanent and fixed-term contracts of at least nine months.
